Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued directly to the same payment method used to pay for the order. Refunds are processed in United States Dollars ($ USD).
For eligible customer-initiated returns, a $7.00 return shipping fee and 7$ restocking fee will apply. This fee may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Once your returned item has been received and approved, Dealsnest will process your refund within 6 business days.
After Dealsnest processes the refund, the funds will be sent directly to the payment method you used to pay. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to display the refunded amount in your account.
Eligible returns may be requested within 28 days of receiving your order. Customers should contact our support team within this period to begin the return process.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the return request meets the applicable requirements of this policy.
Returned products should generally be in brand-new, resalable condition and include all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and other items supplied with the order.
If the return is required because of an error on our part, including receiving the wrong product or a damaged product, Dealsnest will not charge you the $7.00 return shipping fee.
For verified issues caused by Dealsnest, we may provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase may be non-refundable once the order has been successfully dispatched and fulfilled, except where the issue is caused by an error on our part.
Items returned outside of the 28-day return window or items showing unauthorized wear, damage, missing components, or other condition issues may be rejected or subject to refund adjustments.
Contact our support team and follow the return instructions provided. Approved returns must be shipped back by mail.
Once the returned product arrives, it will be reviewed to confirm that it meets the applicable return requirements.
Approved refunds are processed by Dealsnest within 6 business days after the return has been received and approved.
The approved refund will be sent directly to the payment method you originally used to pay for your order.
